Integration Analysis of the CEMAC Countries in a Multicriteria Context: Outranking Relations Approach

Abstract
The article is a classification in the context of multicriteria CEMAC countries through two outranking methods: MESS II and PROMETHEE II. The graphs obtained by outranking preference structure {>  R} complete and total order, gives us different ranking. The ranking from best to worst countries, propose a same partition of the country into two subsets. The first, {Gabon, Cameroon} is composed of the country economically, politically and socially predisposed to integration and the second, {RCA, Equatorial Guinea, Chad, Congo}, countries assumed to be obstacles to the socioeconomic and politic integration. The decision aid deals on the country, presenting obstacles, for CEMAC became an optimum economic and monetary zone, and a big market.
